The Nelson Trust’s services are made possible by voluntary donations. The generosity and support we receive from grant-giving organisations makes our work possible.

The Nelson Trust’s dedicated fundraising team are Nelson Trust experts who will be happy to provide you with information about our mission and vision. Your grant has the power to change the lives of women, families and individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage.

The Nelson Trust has a long history of working alongside grant-giving organisations to change lives of those affected by drugs and alcohol, women in contact with the criminal justice system, and families experiencing multiple disadvantage.

At The Nelson Trust we are extremely proud of our association to Trusts and Foundations who champion recovery, communities, and second chances. Grants from these organisations enable us to empower women, prevent young people from entering the criminal justice system, and support people in recovery.

Each year we touch the lives of more than 1,200 people. We operate our residential rehabilitation in Stroud, Gloucestershire; have four Recovery Enterprises across Gloucestershire, and have established three Women’s Centres across the South West. If you’d like to see what we have been up to this past year, you can see our Annual Review here.

The growth and development of our services is made possible by the support of grant-giving organisations. Organisations of all sizes have made valuable contributions to our service development, and ensure the availability of both immediate and long term support.
