Louise joined The Nelson Trust in 2014 as Administration Team Leader and was appointed Head of Human Resources in 2015.  Louise has a background of working within the NHS including,  Prison Health Care, Gloucestershire Hospitals Trusts and local GP Surgeries. As Director of HR Louise has responsibility for the functions that deal with the needs and activities of the organisations workforce. Louise also works closely with the Board of Trustees to ensure good governance and compliance. Louise holds a qualification and professional membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).  Her interests outside of work include gardening and horse racing and she loves to spend time with her two young grandchildren.
