We are looking for an experienced individual to lead a team of keyworkers providing support, interventions and group work to women who are experiencing multiple and complex needs; including substance misuse and involvement or risk of involvement in the Criminal Justice System.
You will work within and manage a team of multi-disciplinary keyworkers to ensure the delivery of an effective intervention service. You will manage the day to day delivery of the service ensuring contractual arrangements are met and evidenced,
With excellent communication skills you will maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate personal sensitivity and empathy toward our clients and the distinct ethos of the Nelson Trust.

Full time post: 35 hours per week (flexibility to work outside of normal working hours as required)
Holidays: 25 days holiday pa plus statutory
