Social Enterprises Development Manager

We are currently looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm to manage and further develop our existing social enterprises whilst identifying opportunities for additional growth. You will have the scope to work with people we support, key stakeholders and the wider community to expand our offer further to support income generation, maximise revenue and to ensure financial sustainability. You will be responsible for leading on social change within our enterprises and aim to create employment and further education opportunities for our clients. The role will require someone who is able to confidently share their ideas, and be solution focussed. The core aims are to create opportunities of training and employment for the recovery community, alongside developing the enterprises into sustainable businesses with a measurable social value. Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week (flexibility to work outside of normal working hours as required)
Holidays: 25 days holiday pa plus statutory
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 PA dependant on experience
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer/2% employee )
