You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of women and their children through the delivery of our innovative new project ‘Mum’s Minds Matter’ from our Swindon Women’s Centre. This is a partnership with Avon & Wiltshire Partnership Mental Health Trust (AWP) and The Nelson Trust to address women’s needs holistically to improve mental health and wellbeing during the perinatal period. You will provide wrap around support and interventions to women experiencing multiple and complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience of engaging women and building trusting relationships. Hours: Full Time: 35 hours per week
Holidays: 25 days holiday pa plus statutory
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 pa dependant on experience
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer/2% employee)

Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women’s Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
