Senior Female Keyworker

Are you an ambitious, creative and experienced senior keyworker who is passionate about supporting vulnerable women empowering them to bring about lasting change in their lives? Do you have experience of providing support and direction to a small team working with and affecting change for women facing disadvantage and complex needs? We have an exciting new role for an experienced senior keyworker who will be instrumental in leading the delivery of our new National Lottery funded Empowering Change programme in Somerset. As senior keyworker, you will lead our new ‘empowering change’ programme managing a reduced caseload of women, whilst providing support and direction to 2 keyworkers delivering holistic support to women face disadvantage and complex needs. This new service sits within the wider Women's Centre Team in Somerset, all working to support women and their families to live lives free of addiction, criminality, abuse and trauma. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and adept at developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week (flexibility to work outside of normal working hours as required)
Holidays: 25 days holiday pa plus statutory
Salary: £23,000- £25,000 pro rata pa dependant on experience
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer/2% employee )

Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women’s Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
