The Recovery Coach & Resettlement coordinator role is an exciting new opportunity within The Nelson Trust Enterprises! This role provides a bridge between our resettlement housing and the hub academy, ensuring that our clients receive ongoing support whilst moving into semi-independent living. You will be responsible for ensuring that our resettlement service is compliant, efficient and client centered. You will coordinate the housing management of our resettlement service. Another aspect of this role involves working closely with a small number of clients delivering recovery coach training and working alongside our volunteer coordinator to secure voluntary placements for those clients, both in-service and externally with a view to increasing clients employability. If you have knowledge of the process of recovery from addiction, the challenges faced by individuals resettling after a period of residential treatment, and the tasks associated with housing management, you may be exactly who we are looking for! Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Holidays: 25 days holiday pro rata pa plus statutory
Salary: Salary Negotiable dependent on experience
Pension: Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution)
