Outreach Worker (Female)

You will be specifically working to engage and support women affected by sex working and/or exploitation in Gloucester. You will be responsible for co-ordinating a multi-agency approach which will assess and support the identified needs of women. The successful applicant together with partner agencies will deliver regular outreach sessions (to include evenings). You will provide effective keyworker support with women to reduce risks and safeguarding concerns. This is a challenging role which will present the right candidate with opportunities to make a difference and to develop a service to provide women with positive opportunities for change.
Hours: Full and Part-Time Opportunities (flexibility to work outside of normal working hours is required)
Holidays: 25 days holiday pa pro rata plus statutory
Salary: £21,000 pa pro rata
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer contribution)

Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women’s Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
