Finance Assistant – Sales Ledger (Part-Time)

We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join our small friendly team based in Stroud. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, impactful and award winning charity that is nationally recognised. As a finance assistant you play a key role in supporting the finance function of the charity with sole responsibility for the maintenance of an accurate and timely sales ledger process. This varied role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to develop their skills and input into the implementation of new systems and processes. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have strong attention to detail with previous experience of purchase ledger and using financial systems and will be proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel. If you are a highly productive, positive individual: who is patient, naturally organised and an instinctively excellent communicator who thrives on being busy, thinking independently and working within a team then this role may be for you.
Hours: 18-20 hours per week (flexibility to work outside of normal working hours as required)
Holidays: 25 days holiday pa/pro rata plus statutory
Salary: £18,500 - £20,500 pa/pro rata (dependant on experience)
Pension: Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution)
