We are looking for someone who can demonstrate an empathy with our clients and who possesses the skills necessary to support our female clients to develop and achieve their own recovery goals. To be a positive and reassuring presence in the house; supporting and maintaining a safe and respectful therapeutic living environment that promotes client responsibility and respect, and to help clients to develop plans for moving forward in their recovery and in overcoming the difficulties they may face in doing this.
The post holder will have a good understanding of safeguarding.
Experience of working in a residential treatment setting and administration of prescription medication is desirable but full training will be given.
Applicants should be comfortable with lone working, be confident to seek and give support to other lone working colleagues.
Late shifts are from 4.00pm to 10.00pm to be worked on a rolling rota, some weekend work is required.
Hours: Part time: 22 hours per week (on a rolling rota)
Holidays: 25 days holiday pro rata pa plus statutory bank holidays
Salary: £17,000 - £19,400 pro rata pa dependant on experience
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer/2% employee )
