We are looking for an experienced and empathetic person to support in the development of Women’s Community Services in Somerset.
This role will involve, partnership building and Keyworking. You will manage your own case load, providing a range of support interventions to women in the community and through the gate from HMP Eastwood Park who are experiencing multiple, complex needs including exploitation, substance misuse, sex working, and contact with the criminal justice system.
The post involves providing, advocacy, advice and support plans for women to break down barriers to achieve change, offering both one to one practical and emotional support and group interventions with the aim of raising self-esteem, self-efficacy and enhancing social and recovery capital
You will need to demonstrate good communication skills working with clients and professionals and will have a track record of developing effective partnerships with specialist organisations in the local area as well as a commitment to working within a women centred service and to making a differences to vulnerable women’s' lives.

Full time post: Mon – Fri 9-5, 35 hours per week (flexibility to work outside of working hours as required)
Holidays: 25 days holiday pa plus statutory
Salary: £19,000- £21,000 pa dependant on experience
