Duration: This is a fixed term post for 9 months to cover maternity leave

The women’s centre is aimed at working with women offenders or those at risk of offending, some of whom may be substance misuser’s seeking support.

We are looking for an experienced receptionist/administrator to meet and greet visitors and to maintain effective administrative systems within the Women’s Services Team based in Gloucester.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role to provide administrative support to the team and to present as the friendly and efficient face of the project to meet and greet visitors to the centre.

Full time post:   35 hours per week
Holidays:    25 days holiday pa plus statutory
Salary:   £16,500 - £17,675 pa dependant on experience                              
Pension: Currently non-contributory scheme in operation (Nelson Trust contribute 6%) however subject to auto-enrolment legislation
