We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance, Assurance and Facilities. This exciting, varied role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to join an award winning charity. This position offers an excellent opportunity for real impact and career progression, working with key internal and external stakeholders while developing and delivering on our 5 year strategy. The Director of Finance, Assurance and Facilities will report directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills with previous experience of working in a similar role. Alignment with our charitable goals is essential alongside a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of financial processes and the principles of estates and facilities management. Additionally you will be confident in collecting and analysing data and you will have a passion and desire to make a positive change to our organisation. To be considered you must be highly proficient in all Microsoft applications as well as possessing the ability and confidence in building professional working relationships. If you are a highly productive, systems orientated individual with excellent attention to detail, naturally organised and an instinctively excellent communicator who thrives on being busy and working within a team then this role may be for you.
Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week. Part time considered for the right candidate, minimum 21 hours per week.
Holidays: 30 days holiday pro rata pa plus statutory
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 pro rata pa, dependant on experience
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer/2% employee )
