Working within a small and highly focused team, the Corporate and Events Lead, will lead on the delivery and evaluation of fundraising events and will develop supporter and sponsorship relationships. We seek someone with a proven ability to engage with supporters, manage events and build long term relationships with suppliers and sponsors. The successful individual needs to demonstrate the ability to run events of all sizes, with the emphasis on detailed planning and detailed delivery, including database management, event planning and supporter follow ups. The Nelson Trust events range from smaller self-run events through to larger attended events. Our events are focused on a broad base, so dealing with third party suppliers and being an event creator is vital. The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow with an exciting team delivering vital fundraising for a very dedicated charity with a national reach. Hours: Full Time: 35 hours per week to include, (flexibility to work outside of normal working hours as required)
Holidays: 25 days holiday pa plus statutory
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 pa dependant on experience
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer/2% employee )
