We are looking for an experienced and empathic individual with excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the Night time economy to promote and increase uptake of the community education programme,
You will plan and co-ordinate training events, workshops, targeted training sessions and raise awareness within the local community and amongst those accessing the night time economy. Through engagement with local communities you will proactively respond to gaps within training; education or community events needed to promote neighbourhood cohesion and safety
You will provide support and direction to a small intervention, education and training team to ensure the delivery of an effective intervention service to women who are experiencing multiple and complex needs; including substance misuse and involvement or risk of involvement in the Criminal Justice System.
We are looking for a female worker who is passionate about social inclusion and supporting women to break down the barriers to engagement.
