The Nelson Trust welcomes new Trustees and Patrons

The Nelson Trust would like to extend a warm welcome to our new trustees and patrons. John Bensted became a trustee at the end of 2014 and is the former Chief Executive of Gloucestershire Probation Trust. John’s experience and knowledge in the area of probation will be particularly valuable at the ISIS Women’s Centre, which works with female offenders to reduce their risk of reoffending. In 2013 this service was expanded to cover Swindon, serving the county of Wiltshire. Kamala Das joined the organisation in the New Year and currently works as a Barrister at St John’s Chambers. Kamala has experience of working in the field of family law and brings a wealth of knowledge in this area which will be beneficial to Family Focus, Nelson Trust’s family services. Read More
