Join all our supporters for The Nelson Trust Annual Lecture, this year in the magnificent Cheltenham Town Hall on Friday 18th November, 7-10pm. This year marks the 100th anniversary if The Battle of the Somme. BBC History man, Dan Snow will share up-to-date research on the aftermath of this notorious battle.

With nearly one million men wounded or killed, The Battle of the Somme symbolises the tragic futility of the First World War. This anniversary of the battle gives us all an opportunity to commemorate those who lost their lives. Dan will explain the importance of this notorious battle and show the tragic effects on our families at home.
