Shifts to include late and night shift working
We are looking for someone who has experience of working within a residential addiction treatment setting, who can demonstrate an empathy with our clients and possess the skills necessary to support and motivate our clients to develop and achieve their own recovery capital.
To be a positive and reassuring presence in the house, supporting and maintaining a safe and respectful therapeutic living environment. Night workers are responsible for ensuring the security of the clients in the house overnight.
Applicants should be comfortable with lone working, be confident to seek and give support to other lone working colleagues
The late/night workers operate a rolling shift pattern to include some weekend and bank holidays
Sleeping night shifts. Waking hours 10pm – midnight and 6am – 8am.
Lates – 4pm to 10pm

Full time post: 35 hours per week to include some weekends and bank holidays
Holidays: 25 days holiday pa plus statutory
Salary: £16,850 - £19,400 dependant on experience
Pension: Currently non-contributory scheme in operation (Nelson Trust contribute 6%) however subject to auto-enrolment legislation
